Recently, the “Deadpool Vs Wolverine” teaser trailer dropped showing a mysterious figure in a Deadpool suit. Although only the character’s legs are visible, even from the legs one can confirm that the character is Lady Deadpool.

So, is Hollywood’s favorite couple really going to be in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s latest movie? Fans are speculating that Blake Lively is going to play the character.
There were rumors about Taylor Swift too, that she is going to play the Dazzler’s character in the upcoming film.
However, it has been confirmed that she is not going to be part of the movie. Entertainment Weekly confirmed this news yesterday.
Sorry, Swifties! Despite internet rumors, Taylor Swift will not be dazzling the screen in Deadpool and Wolverine.
If you don’t know who Blake Lively is, She is the wife of Ryan Reynolds (who plays the Deadpool role). They are quite a famous couple in Hollywood.
However, she never appeared in the MCU before. It is not going to be the first time that this couple did a superhero movie together.
Both Ryan and Blake back in 2011 did the Green Lantern movie together (Movie from the DC Franchise.)
As far as we know, in the comics, Lady Deadpool is a female version of Deadpool from an alternate universe. Her name is Wanda Wilson. So, having Lively play her would be a really cool twist, and it would be a chance to see this fun-loving couple back on screen together.
Seems like MCU won’t be revealing the actor behind the Lady Deadpool role. However, as we know Blake and Ryan, they will start teasing each other on social media eventually and we can take that as a hint but this will only happen if Blake is actually playing the role.
