Castle Ensis is the latest legacy dungeon added in the Shadow Of The Erdtree DLC. When you reach Castle Ensis Checkpoint Site of Grace you will see a big gate that is closed and there is no way around it. You need to find a way to unlock it. If you are looking at the gate, from there you need to go right and drop off the ledge there will be an enemy when you drop down just eliminate him.

Go through the hole in the ground and follow the cave south. There will be wolves you can easily eliminate them too.

Exit the cave and climb the waterfall on the left. Once you have reached the top of the waterfall, you will see a ladder, use it to go up.

There will be enemies defeat them, go through the left door, and move towards the small room in front of you. Pull the lever to open the gate back to the site of grace.

Head back up the hill and through the now-open gate to reach the Castle Ensis Checkpoint Site of Grace.
