All you need to do is open Steam, go to your game library, right-click on Forza Horizon 4, and then click on manage from there select the browse local files option. It will open your game folder. Now look for a file called TargetHardwareProfiler.dll.

Delete the file and then close the folder, head back to Steam, and open the game. You won’t be getting the memory leak or out-of-video memory error anymore in Forza Horizon 4.
