Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is an enhanced and expanded version of the original Shin Megami Tensei V game.
It offers players a fresh perspective with a brand-new storyline called “Canon of Vengeance,” where you’ll meet new characters and encounter a mysterious group of demons known as the Qadištu.
Moreover, you can choose to play the original “Canon of Creation” storyline, where the protagonist fights to shape the fate of a post-apocalyptic Tokyo overrun by demons and angels.
Like every other game, fast travel is locked at the start in Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance too. Keep playing until you reach the second Leyline Fount, called Mita. Once you are there, a cutscene will start where your character meets a new ally named Sophia. After that, you’re good to go! Wait for the cutscene to complete, Gustave will then give you a small tutorial on fast traveling.

How to Fast Travel
There are two ways to fast travel in Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance.
- Leyline Founts.
- Return Pillar.
Leyline Founts
These are glowing portal-type things that you can use to fast travel. However, you can only travel to Leyline Fount which you have already registered. Interact with a Leyline fount to register them that way you can fast travel.
Return Pillar
This is actually an item that you obtain after defeating the first major story boss called Hydra. With this, you can easily travel to the last Leyline Fount.
