After a really long wait, Fairy Tail is back! Episode 1 of Fairy Tail 100 Years Quest was just released and I am really excited to see more of Natsu’s adventures.
Fairy Tail 100 Years Quest Episode 2 will be released on the 14th of July, 2024, Sunday. The episode will be available on Crunchyroll. Below is the release time of the episode:

Recap
The first episode starts with new recruits joining the guild, including Touka, who is obsessed with Natsu. However, two of them leave after Laxus scares them into leaving. Meanwhile, Natsu and the squad are on the 100 Years Quest which nobody could ever complete. Gildarts tried but failed too.
Natsu talks about this quest with Gildarts but he is confident he will succeed because he has friends with him and Gildarts was alone when he tried.
When Natsu, Erza, Gray, and Wendy reach the location to get the quest, they find a dragon. They ask the dragon why is nobody else here from the guild and the dragon tells them that he is the last remaining member, also the guild master.
Elefseria is the Dragon
The dragon then turns into a human, Elefseria, and tells Natsu that they are the 99th group who arrived here to get the 100 Years Quest. All of the 98 groups failed in doing the quest.
This quest is about defeating five dragon gods, who are as powerful as acnologia. Natsu becomes excited which shocks Elefseria, Erza then says Natsu is the one who actually defeated Acnologia.
Elefseria then says if you guys cannot complete it then nobody can. Then Elefseria makes the squad sign the quest and tells them that they need to seal all five dragon gods.
The first location the crew heads to is Ermina Town, a town in which people worship Mercphobia, the water dragon god.
What To Expect From Episode 2
If you are not looking for spoilers, don’t read further. When the crew reaches the town, the people welcome them but it changes when Natsu and the crew ask about Mercphobia.
Turns out Mercphobia has been protecting the town and is not the evil dragon God. They turn the Crew into fishes.
Lucy then talks with the crew that they just need to seal the dragon not defeat it. However, Natsu wants to fight the God Dragon.
Eventually, they all agree with Lucy’s idea but Natsu clearly states that if he touches any of you I will slay the Dragon.
Another guild appears in front of Natsu and the crew who claim to be the 5th Generation Dragon Slayers who got their powers from eating the dragons.
Mercphobia then appears in front of Natsu who turns out to be a decent person who prefers a conversation over a fight.
