Bleach TYBW Episode 28 is scheduled to be released on 12th October, 2024. The battle between Squad Zero and Yhwach is over.
Yhwach was able to defeat Ichibe using his Almighty ability while Uryu Ishida defeated Senjamaru. Ichibe somehow survived and by using a small portion of Ichigo’s powers he was able to recover his body.
According to the creators, Bleach TYBW Part 3 will consist of 13 episodes and the episodes will release weekly.

What Happened in Bleach TYBW Episode 27?
The episode kicked off with Squad Zero's Senjumaru Shutara releasing her bankai. After the sacrifice of her fellow Squad Zero members, she was able to gain massive powerup. Her spiritual pressure was felt by all the realms that exist in the Bleachverse.
Senjumaru was able to overpower most of Yhwach's Schutzstaffel soldiers using her Bankai. At the same time, Ichibe Hyosube releases his Bankai, Shirafude Ichimonji, and renames Yhwach as the “King of Ants,” aiming to reduce him to nothing.
Ichibe crushes Yhwach between his giant palms, thinking the battle is over. However, Yhwach reappears with his eyes open this time. He stabs Ichibe with his Quincy blade, revealing his ability, “The Almighty.”
Yhwach’s ability, “The Almighty,” lets him see the future, which is how he survived Ichibe’s attack. He explains that once he sees a future event, it becomes powerless against him.
This makes Ichibe’s attacks ineffective, as Yhwach already knows what’s coming. Yhwach then obliterates Ichibe’s entire body, leaving only his head on the ground.
Later, Uryu Ishida steps in to battle Senjumaru in her bankai. She initially has the upper hand and even captures Uryu, confident she will finish him.
However, Uryu uses his Stern Ritter powers to reverse her bankai and traps her in her own technique. Uryu then delivers a powerful blow that kills Senjumaru.
With Squad Zero down, Yhwach makes his way to the Soul Palace to kill the Soul King. Meanwhile, Ichigo and his squad are rushing to stop him. They encounter Ichibe, who asks Ichigo to call his name to help him regenerate.
He warns Ichigo about Yhwach, and Ichigo promises to stop him. However, Yhwach arrives at the Soul Palace first and stabs the Soul King, leaving the episode on a huge cliffhanger.
What To Expect From Bleach TYBW Episode 28
Warning Spoilers Ahead:
The upcoming episode will be the adaption of Bleach Chapter 612 and onwards. In Episode 28, we will see Yhwach confront the Soul King in his palace, continuing from where the last episode left off.
After that, the scene will shift to Soul Society. Back in the Soul Society, Rukia and Renji land in a wrecked area and meet up with Shinji, who escaped his earlier battle with Bazz-B.
They are also joined by Omaeda and Mareyo, who is resting after being treated for her injuries. The group will then head to a research center where Urahara, Byakuya, Nanao, and Yuushirou are waiting.
Urahara will explain his plan to break into the Soul King’s Palace using an artifact Yuushirou obtained.
This plan will require the spiritual power of all Captains and Lieutenants, and they will need everyone’s full strength to go up against Yhwach.
In the royal king's palace, Ichibe will reflect on his decision to send Ichigo and his squad to fight Yhwach.
He will express regret and guilt, believing they don’t stand a chance. The upcoming episode will most likely adapt chapters from 612 to 615.
