There is a lot of controversy going on regarding Black Myth Wukong and the developers behind it. The game hasn’t even been released yet.

Black Myth Wukong is a new RPG game coming out on August, 20th. The game is based on the Chinese mythology and is developed by the Game Science studio.

This controversy started after a self-proclaimed game journalist “Don Parsons” wrote an article and published it on Medium about the Black Myth Wukong Streaming Agreement.

According to this article, the Agreement prohibits streamers from mentioning politics, China, feminism, or other topics that could be construed as negative.

Moreover, the agreement also forbids content creators who received the keys mentioning about COVID-19.

This whole scenario led to heated debate online, with some users accusing Game Science of censorship. Others defended the company, arguing that it had the right to control how its game was promoted.

Insider Gaming also published an article on this topic, but later they deleted the article.

So far none of the content creators who were given the key have come forward and commented on the agreement.

Game Science has not commented on the leak either. Sportskeeda also confirmed that the streaming agreement is fake.

Andy Cortez, a well-known Gaming YouTuber, also confirmed that he didn’t receive any agreement like this.

Been seeing this on Twitter today but we 100% were not sent anything like this. Didn’t hear about any other reviewers getting it either.

Another controversy surrounding Black Myth Wukong involves a reviewer from Screen Rant who gave the game a low rating, citing a lack of diversity and inclusivity. Some people felt this review was biased and unfair.
