What Happened in Chainsaw Man Chapter 179?
In Chainsaw Man 179, titled "Vamvagah," the Aging Devil offers Black Chainsaw Man a deal to recover his strength, he has to eat the Aging Devil and erase the concept of Aging from the world. However, if he eats Aging Devil, 10,000 Japanese children will die.
Pochita declines the deal, and holds the blood donation drive board, and screams "Vamvagah". Aging Devil is shocked to see Pochita's response considering his condition.
Meanwhile, Yoru arrives at the scene and sees Aging Devil with Black Chainsaw Man, she thinks the Aging Devil is there to steal her moment of glory.
She wants to make Chainsaw Man her weapon, according to Famine Devil, if War Devil makes Chainsaw Man her weapon, Denji will be free and become a normal human being.
Asa tries to calm Yoru down, reminding her they already won because Chainsaw Man is in no condition to fight but Yoru assures Asa that Denji will be safe.
Asa didn't trust Yoru on this and took control of the body. But then, Yoru tricks Asa into letting her take control again.
She fires a bullet shaped like a finger at the Aging Devil, but he just catches it like it’s nothing! He mocks Yoru for thinking she could hurt him with that. The chapter ends with the Aging Devil ready to fight Yoru.
Final Words
We will most likely see the battle between Pochita, Yoru, and Aging Devil. Yoru wants to become the most fearsome devil while Aging Devil has made a deal with Public Safety and the Japanese Government. Pochita is in no condition to fight so the next chapter will also be about how he is going to recover.
