Vasco cuts to the chase, asking why they’re there, while Hudson can’t stop bragging about Ansan.
Jay steps up again, booking a fancy hotel for everyone, and even covers for Hudson wrecking Jaegyeon Na’s car.
The gang learns Busan is controlled by four major crews, all answering to Jingrang, a dangerous leader who’s rumored to kill with one punch.
Daniel hatches a plan to infiltrate the drug scene, pretending they’re rich dealers. They manage to find Choi Bongpal’s crew, but things get messy when the underlings get suspicious.
After a quick fight, Daniel and his crew easily won. Daniel then blackmails Choi Bongpal, forcing her to summon the leaders of the four crews or else he’ll burn the drugs.
Choi Bongpal Meets Daniel Park in Lookism Chapter 533
Lookism Chapter 533 starts with Choi Bongpal showing up, saying her drug business has nothing to do with the four crews of Busan.
She asks why Daniel Park and the Allied Gang are after them, and they reveal their plan to take down the crews of Busan.
Instead of being scared, Choi Bongpal offers to help. But Daniel sees through her and says, “We asked you to call them.”
She then admits that even if she calls, they won’t show up. Besides she only works with them, she is not exactly a part of any crew.
Vasco’s Lie Detector Test
Vasco pulls out a lie detector and straps it to Choi Bongpal’s hand. First, they ask why her name is Choi Bongpal, and she says her old man gave it to her.
They then ask if she wants to take over the four crews, and Choi straight-up admits she does.
She also reveals that she’s been watching Daniel and the Allied Gang fight. If they manage to take down even one of the four crews of Busan, she plans to step in and take their place.
Choi Bongpal Offers To Help
Zack reveals they are not here to take only one of the crews out, they are here to dismantle all the crews and defeat the King of Busan.
Choi laughs and says the wolf will tear you apart, in this context the wolf is the king of Busan. Daniel then asks just tell us the location of the crews.
Choi Bongpal says, “Just tie me up and listen to my request,” but the Allied Gang fires back, saying, “We’re not into that kind of fetish.” She explains her plan she wants it to look like she was tortured before giving up the information.
Daniel, however, still burns the drugs because he refuses to let any of it be delivered. She agrees to help but says they must defeat at least one of the four crews in return.
When her underlings ask why she’s not worried about the drugs, Choi reveals it was all fake stuff she planned to send to Japan. She didn’t show the Allied Gang the real stash.
She does give them some intel, but it’s not the exact locations of the crew leaders. Vasco, being Vasco, comes up with a “brilliant” (sarcastic) idea to use the lie detector on everyone in Busan to find the heads of the four crews.
The Four Areas and Who’s Heading There
Daniel reveals that he has got a plan and they will catch all 5 leaders of the four crews of Busan tonight.
Zack started working as a waiter at a Roombar (Area #1) and Daniel sent Hudson as the main player there too. Zack’s job was to act as support and find the head of the establishment.
Meanwhile, Vasco and Vin Jin headed to Area #2, which is the gambling dens. Their mission was to track down the head of this operation.
We also get a flashback where Choi reveals some intel, the four crews of Busan are involved in smuggling girls.
Area #3 is where the girls are smuggled. Sometimes, the crews even sink ships to destroy evidence, which also kills the girls on board.
Daniel chose Eli Jang for this area because Eli is super protective and sensitive about anything involving kids.
Lastly, Daniel went to Area #4 with Jay. This area is the Arena, where people fight in duels.
The Arena champion is also the head of one of the four crews. Daniel is going to participate in this.
Lookism Chapter 533
Choi Bongpal tries to outsmart Daniel and the Allied Gang, but Daniel sticks to his mission.
The plan to take down the crews is exciting, and the way each member heads to their assigned area makes you want to see what happens next.
Overall the chapter was a solid build-up for the fights to happen in Lookism Chapter 534.
