What Happened in Lookism 530?
Lookism 530 wraps up the Shiro Oni arc. The chapter starts with Shintaro realizing how much stronger Gun Park has become.
Turns out, Shintaro has given up, and his plan was always to die at Gun’s hands to transfer the Yamazaki Clan leadership to him.
Shintaro realized for the sake of clan rules, he had killed his parents, his only son, and his twin brother.
After a brutal punch from Gun, Shintaro regrets his past decisions and asks Gun Park not to be like him. He let Gun Park win the fight. Gun, standing firm, declares he’s different and doesn’t regret his choices.
Gun becomes the new leader of the Yamazaki Clan, leaving a statement, that if the vassal families don’t follow, they will be shown how the original Yamazaki Clan unified the nation.
The scene shifts to Daniel Park and Gun Park. Daniel is still confused about Gun’s loyalty to Charles Choi.
Meanwhile, Jinrang, the King of Busan, is released from prison, and his presence sends waves of intimidation, which Daniel Park feels.
The chapter ends with a cliffhanger as Jaegyeon Na, the King of Incheon, talks about Jinrang’s return, and he even has a new car now.
