Where To Read Blue Lock Chapter 280?
You can read Blue Lock Chapter 281 on the official Kodansha website. However, it’s only available for readers in the USA, and a subscription is required to access the latest chapters. There are a few workarounds as well to access the latest chapters for free.
What Happened in Blue Lock Chapter 280?
The latest chapter starts with some drama on the field. Kaiser is getting ready to make a big play, aiming for the goal.
But just when it looks like he’s about to shine, Loki comes out of nowhere and snatches the ball right from under him.
Isagi who apparently was trying to figure out where Kaiser would shoot, in that moment before he could even figure it out, Loki came and snatched the ball right in front of him.
As things heat up, Isagi reflects on his role in the game. He feels like he’s just a decoy, a tool that everyone uses to get ahead.
He wants to break free from being seen as just a support player. Meanwhile, Noa is throwing shade at Isagi, saying he does not sense any potential from him. Ouch! And he only cares about people who can actually beat him on the field!
The ball eventually gets passed to Rin, and here comes Igarashi, the true MVP of the chapter. He steps up and manages to stop Rin.
Back to Isagi, he’s questioning if he can ever reach the same level as Rin and the others. They seem to have this natural talent that he feels he’s missing.
He’s stuck in his head, worrying about whether he can evolve and become the player he wants to be.
Ego who is observing the match from above, in a way explains, that just having talent isn’t everything.
Isagi needs to break the wall of limitations and needs to break free in order to reach up to Rin etc again.
What To Expect From Blue Lock Chapter 281?
It is clear that Isagi needs to find a way to unlock something new within himself. Isagi is in a tough spot mentally, realizing that he’s not on the same level as guys like Rin, Kaiser, Loki, and Noa.
But instead of breaking down, this is the perfect moment for him to evolve. Isagi has been questioning his role, feeling like just a tool, but he might be on the verge of something big.
Ego hinted that talent alone isn’t everything, and Isagi is smart enough to know that. This could be the chapter where he starts developing something new other than his ‘kick’ and ability to read the movements.
Loki just showed his insane speed by stealing the ball from Kaiser and Isagi, he pretty much made it clear that in terms of speed, nobody can rival him and he can turn the tables anytime he wants to, but he wants Rin to take the spotlight and score the final goal.
But Igarashi has been surprising everyone lately with his ability and won’t let Rin steal the spotlight.
The match is far from over, and both PXG and Bastard München have a lot on the line.
