Kagurabachi follows a weekly schedule for the manga release. The upcoming chapter Kagurabachi Chapter 49 will release on 15th September.
The Hishaku group has finally made their move and sent one of the elite members after Yoji.
Hishaku Group resorted to hiring sorcerers and equipping them with special weapons made from the same material as enchanted swords, but these weapons drain the user’s life. Yoji was rescued by Chihiro, another wielder of an enchanted blade, and Hakuri.
When Will Kagurabachi Chapter 49 Release?
Kagurabachi 49 will be available on September 16th in Japan while in other countries the chapter will be available on September 15th, on Sunday.

What Happened in Kagurabachi Chapter 48?
Chihiro decided to go to Senkutsuji Temple to find another enchanted sword owner. Yoji is still shocked to see Chihiro as he resembles a lot to his mentor, Kunishige.
Yoji Uruha, the owner of the enchanted katana Kumeyuri is now being hunted by the group called Hishaku. They sent hired sorcerers to his place to kill him equipped with special weapons.
According to Chihiro, the main members of Hishaku are working from the shadows while hiring some low-level sorcerers who are willing to give their lives for the cause.
On the other hand, the elite bodyguards who were protecting Yoji defeated the hired sorcerers. They decided to meet Yoji again and surprise him.
However, an elite member of Hishaku decided to show up and deal with Yoji personally. He defeated the elite squad of Yoji protective detail easily.
He originally planned to draw out Yoji but he didn’t fall for the bait, so Hirohiko decided to enter the train. Chihiro was waiting for him with his Enten blade.
What To Expect From Upcoming Chapter?
Kagurabachi Chapter 49 will most likely show us the battle between Chihiro and the new character that showed up in the previous chapter, Hirohiko. It has been a while since we saw Chihiro use Enten at full potential.
Hirohiko was not planning to fight Chihiro, but he entered the train anyway, so does he have any other plan to kill Yoji? We still don’t know what kind of ability he has. We will find out on September 15th, next Sunday.
