Sadly, Toji was killed by Gojo and then revived by a granny in Season 2 during Shibuya Arc. However, he then killed himself after finding out about his son. He was happy that Megumi didn’t join the Zenin Clan and didn’t take their name. Gojo fulfilled his promise to Toji (sort of as he just gave the information about Megumo to Gojo).
